• Adolescent Coaching

“Children will develop a coping style based on their attempt to get at least some of their needs met… and will go to almost any length to feel seen and connected” - Bessel Van Der Kolk, M.D.

Allie understands the power in having a professional, positive, outside voice that will listen, understand, and help your child learn to intelligently navigate and balance the various responsibilities and unique needs they have. Specializing in identity-development, growth mindset, self-confidence and anxiety, Allie helps her teen clients navigate the various pressures and stressors they face in each stage of their social and emotional development. Certified in social media trauma and collective anxiety, Allie walks alongside her teen clients and supports them in developing healthy competence, identity, connection, and community.

  • Adult Coaching

Allie primarily focuses on helping her adult clients function from a healthier, more regulated nervous system to promote lasting changes. Many adults are functioning from a high-stress internal framework based off past traumas and insecurities that put their bodies into a defensive and reactive state, subconsciously striving for safety and relief at all times.

A few areas that can feel the most challenging when adults are functioning from this state, are through difficult life transitions, forming new habits, communication skills, setting goals, working through irrational beliefs, understanding and managing their anxiety, and applying boundaries. Allie guides her clients in identifying limiting beliefs and fears that hold individuals back from the changes, growth and healing they desire to achieve, and assists her clients through the path of self-discovery, healing, action, and purpose.
